Breast Augmentation (augmentation mammoplasty)
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure to improve the shape, size, and symmetry of your breasts. The process involves placing breast implants, either saline or silicone, under the breast tissue or under the chest muscles.
Treatment Areas
- Small breasts
- Loss of breast volume
- Breast asymmetry
- Don’t be afraid to ask your surgeon for his qualifications
- Breast recovery will be uncomfortable at times
- Your new breast size and shape will take some getting used to
The softening process is referred to as “Fluffing” and can take up to six-month. If your breasts feels hard longer than six-months, see your plastic surgeon.
Most women can still breastfeed without issue. However, there may be a reduction in breastmilk produced all depending on the individual.
Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
Breast lift is a surgical procedure used to help with low nipple position, excess breast skin, and undesirable breast shape. This surgery removes excess skin and repositions the nipple to a higher and more youthful position. A mastopexy alone does not increase the size of the breasts, but can be combined with a breast augmentation at the same time if more volume is desired.
Treatment Areas
- Droopy breast
- Low nipple position
- Excess breast skin
The natural breast lift hides the scars in anatomic position to give the breasts a natural lifted appearance.
Most patients report experiencing mild to moderate pain following their breast lift for 2-3 days following the procedure and subsides afterwards.
In this procedure, a plastic surgeon raises and reshapes your breast to give them a firmer, rounder look. The surgery can also remove extra skin around your breast and reduce the size of your areola.

Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)
Tummy tuck removes excess skin and repairs the separated muscles to create a flatter and smoother profile. It is often combined with liposuction to further improve the contour.
Treatment Areas
- Loose or excess abdominal skin
- Rectus diastasis
Most women lose between 2 and 3 pants sizes after a tuck, but there are patients who lose even more.
Tummy tuck surgery involves resection of excess skin and fat, whereas liposuction removes fatty deposits only.
If there’s a noticeable amount of sagging skin, which generally occurs after massive weight loss, tummy tuck is the right choice.
Liposuction
Liposuction removes excess fat deposits to improve the body contour. It can be performed alone or combined with another procedure. Liposuction is not a treatment for loose skin, obesity or cellulite.
Treatment Areas
- Thighs
- Hips and buttocks
- Abdomen
- Waist
- Arms
- Back
- Inner knees
- Chest
- Neck
The surgery itself will be painless, as the area will be numbed and/or you will be sleeping during the procedure. After liposuction, patients have reported feeling sore as if they had a hard workout at the gym.
When diet and exercise fail to remove stubborn pockets of fat, liposuction can be a safe and effective means of achieving a well-proportioned body.
Expect bruising and swelling for at least 10-14 days. Downtime depends on the individual and can be anywhere from days to a few weeks.

Mommy makeover
The most important step to get back into shape after having a baby is diet and exercise. There are some things that diet and exercise alone cannot do however. Many women still have loose skin on their abdomen and separated muscles, known as rectus diastasis. Some women have loss of breast volume and breast sagging after breastfeeding. Others have areas of stubborn fat that will not go away no matter what.
A mommy makeover includes breast lift, breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction. However, not all women will need all of these procedures, and which ones would be needed will be personalized and discussed during your consultation.
A “Mommy Makeover” typically includes several procedures, such as a tummy tuck, a breast-lift without or without implants and liposuction.
Mommy makeover surgery is considered an elective cosmetic procedure which is not covered by insurance.
Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty)
Blepharoplasty improves the appearance of your eyelids by removing excess sagging skin to create a more youthful appearance. It can be performed on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both.
Treatment Areas
- Drooping and saggy eye lids
- Tired looking eyes
- Bags under the eyes
Eyes become younger-looking in around six to eight weeks after surgery.
Eyelid surgery is among the least painful cosmetic procedures with the fastest results.
It’s important to keep you head elevated the evening after surgery as well as for the fist two-weeks thereafter. Speak with your surgeon for tips to do this effectively.

Arm lift (brachioplasty)
Arm lift reduces excess sagging skin to tighten and improve the shape and contour of the arms
Treatment Areas
- Drooping or sagging appearance
Arm lift surgery requires general anesthesia, and the surgery lasts about 3-4 hours.
Depending on an individual’s skin, health, overall health, etc. the recovery time can be anywhere from two to three weeks.
With proper care, including the use of topical cream and ointments, the arm scars should continue to fade over time.
Skin Lesion removal
Benign growths or blemishes on your skin which may be bothersome or uncomfortable are surgically removed. This procedure can be performed under local anesthetic with little downtime.
Treatment Areas
- Cysts
- Moles
- Skin tags
- Seborrheic heratosis
- Lipomas
- Other non-cancerous lesions
- Don’t be afraid to ask your surgeon for his qualifications
- Breast recovery will be uncomfortable at times
- Your new breast size and shape will take some getting used to
